Scenic Valley Marvel is an aparthotel in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, 5.1 km from the city centre, with apartments that each come with a private pool. Four apartments of 77 m² share the same two-bedroom layout, with an extra-large super-king bed in one bedroom and a king-size bed in the other, and each sleeps four. They differ in what you see from them and what they include: a pool view, a balcony, garden views, or landmark and city views in the penthouse.

The three-bedroom apartment, at 110 m², is the largest, with a super-king bed and two king-size beds for up to six guests and two bathrooms. The one-bedroom apartment of 35 m² sleeps two, with a single bed and a king-size bed, a kitchen and one bathroom. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a minibar come with every apartment.

The leisure side is the main draw. Every apartment has a private pool and a private hot tub, and the spa facilities offer a hot spring bath, a steam room and massage treatments, so the bath, steam and massage can all be combined in one afternoon of spa time. A fitness centre, a sun terrace and a sauna complete the list.

Families are well served: a kids' club, a children's playground, family rooms and babysitting and child services are all on site. A 24-hour front desk, a tour desk and an airport shuttle add to the everyday practicalities, while the restaurant, snack bar, coffee house and room service cover meals, with special diet menus available on request.

Scenic Valley Marvel is on Nguyễn Văn Linh street in District 7, the planned Phú Mỹ Hưng area in the south of Ho Chi Minh City, 5.1 km from the city centre. Phú Mỹ Hưng was built as a planned urban area, and the parks and golf course around the hotel reflect that. Crescent Lake is 450 m away, Park@Crescent 500 m, and the Sân Golf Phú Mỹ Hưng golf course 350 m, so the green side of the district is close at hand.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 10.4 km away and Saigon Railway Station 7.2 km, so the airport shuttle the hotel offers is the simplest way to start a stay after a late flight. Ben Thanh Station, on the metro into the centre, is 5 km away. Free private parking is on site, so arriving by car needs no reservation, and the 24-hour front desk covers arrivals at any hour.

Within a few hundred metres are the Chợ Tân Mỹ market, 650 m away and the place for fresh food and everyday shopping, and the Nhà thờ Tắc Rỗi church, 750 m away. The Công viên Hồ Bán Nguyệt park, 600 m away, is a green spot for a short walk. For a day of sightseeing, the War Remnants Museum is 6.1 km away, a taxi trip rather than a walk.
